  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Put the potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, bell pepper, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  3. Place 8 potato wedges in the deep fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes
  4. Turn corners once and fry for another 5 minutes. Repeat this with the remaining 8 corners.


The easiest way to quarter a potato is to cut it lengthways. Place each half of the potato side down on the cutting board and cut each half lengthways again. Now you have 4 large corners at this point. Then cut the corners lengthways in half so that you get a total of 8 wedges per potato.
